sarakauten BEE KIND to yourself 🐝 If I’m being honest, this morning/afternoon wasn’t filled with my best emotions. I didn’t get a lot done that I wanted to and I was letting everything get to me and started to beat myself up. 😅
I took today off work so I could take control of my chores. I have so much laundry I barely have any clean clothes and my entire apartment is in need of some serious organization. I thought today would be the day I finally had the “time” to get to those things I usually can never find the time to do—before I knew it the day was flying by. I started feeling anxiety and reminded myself it was okay to treat myself to a Starbucks drink even if it’s not “keto friendly”. Sometimes you just need to be nice to yourself after a day of beating yourself up. ✨
I threw on my favorite music and took my parents dog, Bailey, for a long walk in the sun without my phone. It was so refreshing and sometimes our days don’t go as planned and that’s okay. 🌼
