dandyinthebronx I had the pleasure of visiting Ms. Alisha Billings and the members at Youth Pathways in the South Bronx. Youth Pathways is a division of @fedcapgroup. They aim to help young adults between the ages of 18 and 24, offering assistance and supportive services to address the barriers that impact employment and education. Their mission is to create opportunities for individuals so that they can achieve economic independence, gain and maintain employment, and achieve educational and training goals. 💪 We talked about dressing well for a job, how to tackle job interviews, how your clothes can give you confidence and the importance of networking.
